Week Three: Colour Workshop

Today was the colour workshop, we started off by moving all the tables and laying out our sheets and discussing why we chose the colours we used, and if it was successful or not. We then played with the sheets and laid them out in different ways, playing with the colours, how the colours complemented and contrasted with other colours.

We then cut our sheets into thirds and formed groups to work together in presenting the colours around the studio. We further played with how colour engages with the space, materials, and people; 

Our group decided to start extending our sheets up to the ceiling and using furniture around us to make a stage-like space, presenting the sheets in a more abstract way and how the colours complement and contrasts the surrounding space.
